Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a year she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. At the end 2009, she had won four additional fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to finish her college education. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she came in third. In the summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more than proud of her performance. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to an actual exercise. Ariel will also make use of every minute. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
